On November 23rd, the awarding ceremony of the 2024 Shanghai Magnolia Memorial Prize was held, Prof. Jürgen Fleischer, an academician of the German National Academy of Science and Engineering and Advisory Professor of SME, was honored with this prize. “The Magnolia Memorial Award is one of Shanghai's foreign recognition awards, established by the Shanghai Municipal Government in 1989, aiming at recognizing and encouraging foreigners who have made outstanding contributions to Shanghai's economic construction, social development and foreign exchanges.
